What is instant heat pump and its advantages?

What is instant heat pump?

To put is simply, it means that cold water can turn from its initial low temperature directly to 55 Celsius degree outlet water, after it flows through the heat pump system.

Also, it means there is no water tank inside the heat pump system. Because there is no circulating water pump between the insulation water tank and the heat pump system, start-ups and shutdowns of the heat pump unit is completely controlled by and according to the water level controller of the water tank.

The advantages of instant heat pump are as follows:

1.Easy to install
No need to install circulating water pump, so greatly reduces the energy consumption and the probability of breakdown.

2.Sufficient hot water
After you start the heat pump system, there will be enough hot water of Celsius degree with waiting for a long time. What’s more, the  replenishment rate is much faster than the circular heat pump system (with water tank). Lastly, when the hot water is in great demand, the safety factor is also much higher compared with the circular heat pump system (with water tank).

3. No need auxiliary heating equipment
Without any auxiliary heating equipment, such as electricity energy and coal energy, the temperature of outlet water temperature can reach as high as 55 Celsius degree.

4.Longer life of the compressor
The internal condensing system operates below the pressure of 20 kilograms, which can reduce the system high-pressure failure. So the compressor can work in the light load condition, leading to a longer life of the compressor.

Instant heat pump equipment can directly supply hot water to the hot water tank (with 30% volume decrease of the insulation water tank), so customers can enjoy hot water as they need and like, even if there is the maximum peak water demand. Because of direct supplying hot water, even if water in insulation tank is used up, the temperature of water in the tank can still maintain 55 Celsius degree. So the water can be 100% fully utilized.
Because circular heat pump uses cold water for water supply, when there is great demand for hot water, the water tank temperature will drop significantly even lower than 40 Celsius degree. In order to ensure user requirements of hot water, always the solution is to increase the tank volume.

Instant hot water heat pump unit, low temperature water can directly absorb the heat of high-temperature refrigerant, so the refrigerant is fully cooled down. Also the system high pressure can be reduced greatly, which leads to a longer life of compressor and higher efficiency of heat pump unit.

What Is Air Source Heat Pump?

What Is Air Source Heat Pump?

An air-source heat pump can provide enough warm and cool for your family. When properly installed by entrusted service team, an air-source heat pump can produce one-and-a-half to four times more heat or cool energy to your family than the electrical energy. This is possible because heat pump system can move heat rather than converting it from a fossil fuel like combustion heating systems do. To make you fully understand an air source heat pump, here is attached heat pump working diagram.

Air-source heat pumps have been used for many years in nearly all parts of China, and especially recently they have been widely used in areas to replace traditional coal-oriented or gas-oriented central heating systems, like Beijing, the capital of China and Shanxi province. Moreover, in recent years, air-source heat pump technology has greatly advanced so that it now also can provide heating to colder regions.

Types of Air-Source Heat Pumps

Types of Air-Source Heat Pumps

NO.1 Type-Split vs. Mono Bloc

Most heat pumps are split-systems—that is, they have one part of unit inside and the other part outside. Supply and return ducts must connect to the indoor central fan.

Mono bloc systems usually have both coils and the fan outdoors. Heated or cooled air is delivered to the interior from ductwork that passes through a wall or roof.

NO.2 Type-Multi-Zone vs. Single-Zone

Single-zone systems are designed for a single room with one outdoor condenser matched to one indoor head.

Multi-zone installations can have two or more indoor terminals connected to one outdoor condenser unit. Multi-zone indoor terminals vary by size and model and each of them can create its own "zone" of comfort, cool or warm, allowing you to heat or cool separately individual rooms, or other spaces, like hallways. For your convenience, you can control all the rooms temperature with Mobile APP or thermostat.
